Chattahoochee Hospice offers a wide-variety of community services, including professional education, hospice information, dementia education, caregiver support groups, We Honor Veterans program and grief counseling. All of these programs are free and available by request and/or at regularly scheduled intervals. We also have speakers available to speak to groups about hospice and related topics.
